- Local grocery delivery within specific service areas


We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Service Area Policy (Very Important)


Our delivery service is strictly limited to Engro Colony area only.


- Orders placed from inside Engro Colony will be accepted and processed.

- Orders placed from outside Engro Colony will be automatically cancelled.

- If any order is mistakenly placed outside the delivery area, it will not be processed or delivered.


This rule is final and strictly applied to ensure fast and efficient delivery service.

3. Order Placement Process


When you place an order:


1. You will receive an automatic confirmation message on WhatsApp.

2. Our team will review your order details.

3. We will contact you for confirmation.

4. You will select a payment method:

   - Cash on Delivery (COD)

   - Online Payment (if applicable)


Once the order is confirmed, it will be processed for delivery.

4. Order Confirmation


Orders are only considered confirmed when:


- Customer confirms the order via WhatsApp or call

- Delivery address is within Engro Colony

- Product availability is confirmed


We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if:


- Product is unavailable

- Delivery location is outside service area

- Incorrect or incomplete information is provided

5. Payment Terms


We currently support the following payment method:


Cash on Delivery (COD)


- Payment must be made at the time of delivery.

- Customer must ensure payment is ready before delivery arrival.


Online Payment (If Available)


- Some orders may be eligible for online payment options.

- Payment must be completed before dispatch.


Orders will not be processed without confirmation of payment method where required.

6. Delivery Policy


- Delivery is available only within Engro Colony.

- Delivery time depends on order volume and availability.

- We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible.


Delivery Acceptance Rule:


Customers must:


- Be available at the provided address

- Receive the order personally or through an authorized person

- Ensure payment is made (COD orders)


If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled.

7. Order Checking Requirement (Very Important)


At the time of delivery:


- Customers must carefully check their order before accepting it.

- Count all items properly.

- Ensure that all products are correct and in good condition.


If there is any issue:


- Report it immediately to the delivery rider.

- Complaints after delivery acceptance may not be entertained.

8. Cancellation Policy


We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:


- Delivery address is outside Engro Colony

- Customer does not respond to confirmation messages

- Product is out of stock

- Suspicious or incomplete order details


Customers may also request cancellation before dispatch.

9. Returns & Replacement Policy


We aim to ensure customer satisfaction.


Returns or replacements are only accepted if:


- Wrong item is delivered

- Item is damaged at the time of delivery

- Item is missing from the order


Conditions:


- Issue must be reported immediately (within delivery time)

- Item must be shown to the rider at the time of delivery

- Used items are not eligible for return

10. Customer Responsibilities


Customers agree to:


- Provide accurate address and contact details

- Be available at delivery time

- Inspect order properly

- Make payment on time (COD orders)


Any incorrect information provided by the customer may result in cancellation or delay.

11. Pricing and Product Availability


- Prices may change without prior notice.

- Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.

- Substitutions may be offered if a product is unavailable.

12. Service Limitations


We are not responsible for delays caused by:


- Weather conditions

- Traffic issues

- Technical problems

- High order volume


However, we always try our best to deliver on time.

13. Fraud Prevention


We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer involved in:


- Fraudulent activity

- Misuse of service

- False claims or repeated order cancellations

14. Liability Limitation


ENGRO MART is not responsible for:


- Any indirect loss due to delivery delay

- Misuse of products after delivery

- Customer negligence after receiving items


Our responsibility ends once the order is successfully delivered and accepted.
