Orders placed outside Engro Colony will not be accepted unless specially arranged.

- Normal grocery items available in Engro Market: PKR 50 delivery charge

- Items sourced from outside Engro Market: delivery charges may vary depending on distance and item type.

Customers will be informed about charges before order confirmation.

Delivery Time

- For local Engro Market items: fast delivery (usually same day)

- For outside sourced items: delivery time will be shared at the time of order confirmation

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

- Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Online Payment via:

  - JazzCash

  - Easypaisa

  - Bank Transfers (all major banks in Pakistan)

Order Checking Instructions

Customers are advised to carefully check their order before accepting delivery.

- Please verify all items properly

- Ensure quantity and quality are correct

- After checking, hand over payment to the rider (COD orders)

Once the order is accepted, it will be considered final.
